Position: Manager-Finance

Reporting To: Controller

Location: Jamnagar

Position Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible to prepare balance sheet and Profit & Loss acoount. This position will also be responsible to handle cum maintain cash flow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and review detailed Final Plan in conjunction with the support functional leaders.

Quarterly preparation of forecast.

Finalisation of MIS

Variance analysis Cost of Goods Sold

Closely working with costing manager

Variance analysis vs forecast vs plan vs last Year

Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

Responding to adhoc queries from H.Q.

Submission of financials in given system.

Monitoring the Financial and Operations KPIs.

Prepare fixed assets acquisition proposal.

Ensure smooth and timely completion of Audits.

Effective relations with the Bankers, Auditors and other consultants
Skills Required:

Working Knowledge of Direct tax, Indirect tax, Corporate Laws -, payroll laws and regulations.

Working experience of SAP Environment in SME segment Manufacturing Company (preferable)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Good at interpersonal & relationship building skills

Ensure meeting corporate deadlines & work under pressure

Self-motivated.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

1. CA/ ICWA

2. Minimum 3 years experience

3. Good Business Acumen
