Job Description
Urgent : Large Group : Ice Cream : Production Executive @ UAEDairy / Food Technologist with Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Production Department , of reputed Ice Cream Manufactures.
Production
Must have good experience in Ice Cream Plant.
Monitoring & Meeting Demand of Ice Cream Production.
Ensure Product quality to be maintain as per standard norms. Quality initiatives & improving employee morale & quality of work.
Leading & Monitoring the production team members.
Carrying out routine Production activities like production planning & control, trouble-shooting of problems, Manpower planning, following measures in the plant.
Supervising Maintenance Technicians & Maintenance plan.
Cost Reduction Improve Yield, recovery & Product Cost.
Sound knowledge of Safety & compliance.
Track ingredients & supplies & ordering within budget & with appropriate turnaround time
Assign daily tasks to other employees; oversee workflow & quality of work.
Make sure that tasks assigned are completed efficiently; & that daily production
schedule for a shift
Communicate with shop shift persons , regarding flavor or quality feedback; shop inventory levels; & any ingredients or products that need to go from the kitchen to the shop
Quality Assurance
Enforce a quality & consistency standard for all product; schedule periodic meetings with other kitchen employees to review, evaluate & improve these standards
Develop & maintain costing that track both ingredient & labor costs, focusing on one product at a time
Kitchen Organization & Maintenance
Develop & maintain an organizational system for all product & supplies including: cold, frozen, & dry ingredients, packaging supplies, & cleaning supplies
Take weekly inventory of all finished products & adjust subsequent production schedule based on those numbers
Implement regular facility cleaning schedule, maintain sanitation standards, & best
practice manufacturing procedures
Be able to recognize issues with equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, & notify of any serious mechanical issues as soon as possible
R & D
Offer suggestions for improving current flavors (either through streamlining production processes; improving quality; or improving production efficiency & cost) & work to establish R&D schedule
Suggest new menu additions bearing in mind the following: creativity; seasonality; collaboration potential; easy access to ingredients; ability to scale; ingredient & labor costs
