5 to 9 years of working experience as a Java developer. Excellent analytical and programming skills, display an ability to deal with complexity.

Technical skills

• Very good problem-solving abilities
• Very good in Core JAVA
• J2EE
• Application server: Tomcat/TomEE, WebSphere.
• Spring (IOC) Framework + hibernate
• Spring boot
• Spring batch (good to have)
• Web services (SOAP and REST)
• Very strong in Junits
• Basic on Database (DB2 and oracle preferred)
• Eclipse, JIRA, SVN, Maven, GIT/Gerrit (preferred)

Good to have

Scheduler (Quartz)

Hands on with XML/XSD

Basics of MQ (IBM)

GIT

Jenkins, continuous integration frameworks

Covering all phases of development from analysis, design, unit and system testing within the team

Processes
Experience in agile and cross-functional ways of working, especially SCRUM.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Good in mentoring and guiding a team.
