We are hiring for Team manager for one of our reputed client(product based) in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead a team of about+15 engineers
- Act as a first point of escalation for all project & business related queries
- As a part of leadership team, ensure alignment & implement project strategy in line with organization strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture aligned with project plan and timelines.
- Ensure no deviation from customer expectations.
- Have fluent communication with team members, complete performance evaluation, people development plan and create strategic development lines with Management.
- Define CAPEX needs and budget.
- Support technically the team and guide them to achieve goals.
- Responsible for the technical management and development of basic software for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems
- Matrix line manager of the basic software development
- Development of core competencies in the area of basic software and support of the global software organization
- Ensuring the qualifications of employees though new hires, training, and development plans
- Check and ensure quality of engineering deliverables
- Flexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions
Requirements:
- Strong experience in AUTOMOTIVE SW Development
- Strong experience Leading Teams in ADAS SW Development
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C.
- Strong AUTOSAR Knowledge performing:
- Design AUTOSAR architecture (+4 years)
- Configuration and integration of AUTOSAR stacks (+4 years)
- Solid experience with ISO26262 safety standard (+2 years)
- Experience in ADAS vision systems
- Experience with SW development based in SPICE V-Model
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication Skills.
- Experience building teams, hiring processes and mentorship/guidance.
- Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, SCRUM, etc.
- Committed to continuous improvement preferred.
- Well organized preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines with strong follow through preferred.
- A strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed preferred
