(1) Link Monitoring in WhatsUp gold tool
(2) Real time traffic analysis
(3) Utilisation monitoring and analysis
(4) Vendor co-ordination for link issues
(5) Link Flap/packet drops issue for MPLS links Proactive ticketing is done.
