Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

MUST HAVE

Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture
Atleast 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel
Been into end-user support team for last 2 years
Hands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)
Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (no medical situation)
Hands-on experience for either O365 or VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure

NICE TO HAVE

Networking skills (Windows, CISCO)
Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups
Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Firewalls
MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification
VMWare or AWS or Azure certified
