Job Description

 
  • Formulates the project plan in accordance with the goals set by management or the PEM/Program Manager
  • Evaluate project initiatives for feasibility, costs/benefits and value additions
  • Verify estimations and plan the project resources, budget, schedule and quality targets
  • Monitor and track project progress, report status periodically to Program manager, MT and relevant stakeholders
  • Control the resource, budget, schedule and quality as per target, take corrective and preventive actions when necessary
  • Actively manage project risks throughout the project life cycle
  • Actively interface with internal and external stakeholders for clarifications, dependency resolution and escalation handling
  • Drive collaboration across functions, inter-intra organizational departments as per project/organization needs. Provide constant operational guidance
  • Manage competencies to meet the current and future needs of the project/program
  • Periodically assess and ensure compliance to the QMS, regulatory requirements and represent the project in internal and external audits
  • Coach and influence people for high performance, engagement, productivity and high quality
  • Provide inputs on employee performance to the hierarchical superior for the purpose of appraisals and trainings

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years experience in software development with at least 4 years of project management experience
  • Experience in Healthcare domain
  • Past experience in Java, Angular JS & HTML5 technologies highly desired
  • Knowledge & experience in dealing with healthcare regulations and quality standards
  • Ready to travel as per project needs
