System Admin - SW packaging and deployment, @ Amdocs

The day to day activities will include the following:

1. Create software deployment packages and custom applications in an enterprise environment, utilizing tools such as Admin Studio, Install Shield and Wise Package Studio.
2. Develop and execute test plans prior to software deployment.
3. Maintain documentation of all customizations and changes made during the packaging process.
4. Work with different hardware and software vendors to determine solutions.
5. Create automated processes using automation tools and scripting languages to optimize time consuming tasks.
6. Coordinate and facilitate cooperation from multiple areas within IT to accomplish assignments.
7. Work independent, and/or within a team environment, to accomplish assignments.
8. Transfer knowledge via documentation and training to End User Computing teams and support teams.
9. Measures user experience and create proactive processes to improve it by automation and 3rd party services (Aternity, Elastic, etc.)
10. Provide 3rd level support for Amdocs infrastructure and support teams in IT.
