Qualifications

Experience working in an RPA or Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence and setting strategic direction

Technically skilled - Java / .NET ( C#, C++ or VB) programming with hands-on development experience.

Basic workflow design skills decision diamonds, decision trees, decision tables, state machines. Familiarity with UML diagrams, understanding of BPMN notations

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation ( RPA)- Automation Anywhere or UI Path, experience.

3+ years working in complex RPA bot development

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and other process management methodologies.

Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into tool agnostic solution designs and think outside the confines of a specific tool.

Experience in producing detailed technical design documents to match the process design specifications and advising functional teams on aspects around delivery of the architecture.

Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques.

Technically skilled - Java / .NET programming with hands-on development experience.

Knowledge of Document Object Model ( DOM) to read source code of page.

Advanced knowledge of XML and XSD, understanding of REST API, familiarity with SoapUI.

Leads the application of methodologies, best practices and techniques.

Experience in setting up code review processes, best practices and ensure dev team members follow the guidelines.

Experience working as part of Scrums teams Organized, analytical and able to engage and communicate at the highest levels with clients.

Active learner, tinkering with new open source libraries, using unfamiliar technologies with minimal supervision and learning new programming languages & platforms in their spare time, etc.

Full lifecycle architecture and development experience in several medium to large scale RPA initiatives.
