Roles and Responsibilities-
Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & C2C).
Experience working on VMS requirements.
Strong experience working on Applicant Tracking system.
Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, and Networking & Employee Referrals.
Responsible for preliminary interview
Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Job Qualifications-
12+ Months of hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT, Engineering, Light Industrial, Healthcare, Accounting/finance and Pharma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to self-learn
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Comfortable with high speed working under pressure
Diploma or bachelors degree
