Senior Software Engineer, Testing, Pan India @ Majesco

The role involves working with internal stakeholders/partners and external customers to design, develop, implement manage the entire process of quality assurance presentation to all the stakeholders and work as a team to make the tools stable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the product delivered is of highest quality
• Ownership of the stability of the tools
• Coordinate with Project manager for continuous status updates and updates to the assigned tasks on daily basis
• Responsible for coordination with tech development team in understanding the existing new features to help in creating test plans
• Responsible for maintaining the documentation of testing activates like test plan and Defect document
• Prevent defect leakage
• Prior experience (preferably 2 years) working in the role of QA engineer, integration and end-to-end testing

Skills / Attributes Required

• Good understanding of the testing process
• Good expertise of test data creation, test case management, test case recording, reporting
• Should have experience in tools like HCM, NetSuite, ServiceNow and JIRA
• Bachelor s Degree preferably in Computer Science
• Should have practical exposure in agile methodology.
• ISTQB certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Having an insatiable curiosity as well as a persistent attitude towards self-improvement
• Time management skills for efficient organization and execution of their work to complete a particular task on time.
• Need good problem-solving skills to accomplish any goal or milestone at work.
