Job Description

Technical skills
1.Testing Experience -10-15 Years
2.Experience in test managing CRM and Data related testing project - minimum 10 years
3.Fair Experience and Knowledge in Integration testing - SOAP ,REST API.. etc
4.Fair knowledge on DBMS systems
5.well versed with Test Estimation and Test Scheduling
6.Able to understand requirements and write use cases
7.Able to lead a big l team with respect to test management
8.Able to author test strategy and test plan and monitor the acceptance criteria
9.Able to prepare and circulate DSR ,WSR and other test metrics
10.Fair knowledge on QA processes, SOX complaince and GDPR
11.Able to create project cpecific Defect tracking strategy and reporting
12.Experience in Agile project methodology
13.Tools - HPQC, JIRA ,ADO ( a must to have)
14.Experience in Salesforce automation - Advantage
15.Communication - Anchoring skills - Must
16.Agile Certified professional -( from Safe or Scrum alliance or Scrum ,org)
17.Certification on any QC ( Like ISTQB ,ISQA, ISTE .. etc)
18.Other salesforce applications - Preferred
19.Vendor management
