Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

    Should possess in-depth understanding of testing methodologies

•       Test planning, test plan reviews, Metrics collection Designs and develops testing tools.
•       Agile process / Software Testing/ Service Delivery
•       Develop & enhance Test plan to support different OS, Browsers etc.
•       Defect Management & leading triage sessions
•       Working with Dev Ops to define and set up test environments as needed
•       Reviewing and managing the TC, TP and TE quality developed by the team
•       Stakeholder co-ordination
•       Support in onboarding New team members
•       Work closely with product teams and product management to understand requirements and translate them in to test cases which capture all possible test conditions.
•       Engage in cross team collaboration to enhance the test efficiency across the groups
•       Interfacing with overseas counterparts frequently to resolve issues.
•       Peer reviews for TC and TP to reduce testability issues

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•       Ensure conformance and adherence by team members to the processes established
•       Managing, mentoring, evaluating performance and appraising direct reporters
•       Defining and tracking the teams performance metrics
•       Status reporting
•       Delivery Risk Management
•       Process Compliance and Documentation etc.

•       UI Testing
•       API Testing
•       Security Testing
•       Performance Testing
•       All other Non-Functional Testing
