KPIs.
Assist with all internal and external campaigns and creative for new projects and initiatives to
enhance lead generation
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (Active CRM) ensuring all
communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Weekly meetings with the BD Team and regular communication with individual BD members
Measure and track daily lead generation activity against weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
goals.
Figure out how to connect with high probability clients that match our target criteria in different
markets based on what they care about.
Secondary targets include referral sources and influencers.
Autopilot the entire LinkedIn && other social media platforms process, with tailored target lists,
uniquely crafted connection messages, and follow-up messages.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with special focus on psychographics and buying
trends to understand how marketing activity turns into customers through LinkedIn && other
social media platformsUnderstand our capabilities and service offerings to conduct market
research on potential customers who would benefit from our services.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-
up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make process
more efficient
