Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Work from home for the people in the area : Punjab , Kolkata , J&k. & Himachal. [North India].
Salary Criteria
Performance based salary is provided. It has the following criteria
- If 25-30 tons of sales then 12,000 /month
- If 30-50 tons of sales then 25,000/ month
- If more than 100 tons of sales then 40,000/ month+bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Data of the customers will be provided and the candidates have to contact them for the sales.
2.Maintaining fruitful relationships with the customers.
- In whatever area you are youll have to show samples to the parties.
- Manage cold calls/emails/texts of the customers.
- Communicate with various target customers, understand their needs and provide them with the best solution.
- Daily reporting to the concerned authority and maintaining a task sheet on the daily basis.
6.Responsible for customer document Order Collection.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of the product.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Willingness to work passionately for the company vision.
- Confidence to achieve daily targets of conversions.
- Effective communication skills (Hindi and/or English).
- Intense interest in convincing and influencing target customers.
- Ability to handle the targets pressure.
- Readiness to make at least 50 cold calls on a daily basis
- Out of the box problem-solving attitude.
- Interest in self-development and transformation
- Knowledge about digital marketing,marketing trends and skills to achieve the target accordingly.
- Efficiency in customer relationship management.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates pursuing Graduation or Post Graduation in any field can apply.
- Must have work experience in FMG(pulses and rice)
- Graduated or Postgraduate candidates can also apply.
- Candidates must have experience of at least 2-3 years in the sales and marketing department.
