Job Description

Organize and run Recruitment Events for Associate Partner and
LA(Life Advisor)
Selection to on boarding of the Associate Partner and responsible for Associate Partners income
Ensure teams start getting productive quickly and start moving on the
LA activation
Understand the needs and strength of your Team
Set periodic Goals for your team according to their Needs &
Strength
Plan with your Team to achieve the Goals
Organize and run Train Audit -Retrain cycle based on the skills
of your Team
Arrange daily Wake- Up team meetings
Organize and run weekly Performance- Review for your Team
Run telephone appointment sessions
Manage prospecting activity in the field
Operate as a products subject matter expert
Own the operational aspects of coding of an Associate Partner
Deal with customer queries
Manage Persistency and Renewal collection by Advisors
Chase pending requirements on submitted cases
Attend joint field work activity
Contact Advisors who are falling short of Contract Maintenance
criteria, motivate them with live example of your Team- Success
or arrange training to reactivate them
