We are in search of Senior Finance & Accounts Professional (CA), as detailed below :
COMPANY PROFILE :
Fast Growing Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Contracting Company , providing end-to-end services from design, supply, civil works, erection , commissioning, in the field of Power Transmission Lines, Substations and Distribution Projects.
Purpose :
This role will be responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company and would be involved in the development of a financial / operational strategy, KPIs / the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system.
Location : Thane - Mumbai
Requirements :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ) with experience of 15 - 20 years in managing Finance & Accounts of EPC organization.
Working Exposure to EPC organization is mandatory.
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills
Problem solver and critical thinker mind-set.
Key Deliverable :
Fund raising, Treasury functions, banking arrangements, preparing for private equity / IPO structural financing for the company.
Tie up for domestic and International Project based funding
International fund raising for international operations
Lead and manage the finance & accounts team
Responsible for managing various functions such as monthly closing, Balance Sheet, P&L Analysis along with monitoring sales, variance analysis.
Accurate and timely completion and publishing of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
Preparation and presentation of MIS reports to Board
Cash flow statement preparation and present to Board
Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Identify opportunities to improve cost structure
Stakeholder Management - internal and vendors
Billing, invoicing, credit control and receivables
Coordinate and own preparation of regulatory reporting with local, state, and central government tax filings
Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Manage the capital request and capital allocation processes
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
Assist the Chairman &Managing Director in ad hoc tasks and special assignments, such as SAP implementation and team building.
Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
Controlling and evaluating the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
