Roles and Responsibilities :
1. As a General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for handling PAN India Sales of Orthopedic / Pain Management up to 150 Crs for Reputed Pharma Company.
2. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the sales team on PAN India and will lead a sales team of 400 plus.
3. Candidate is responsible for Orthopedic / Pain Management business on PAN India basis and launching new products and implementing strategies.
4. Candidate will be responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM.
Desired Candidate Profile -
1. B.Sc. or B. Pharma preferably MBA in Marketing having 20-25 years of experience in Pharma Sales out of which last 2-3 years working as National Sales Manager / NSM handling PAN India sales Orthopedic / Pain Management around 150 Crs.
2. Candidate Should have good experience in Orthopedic / Pain Management Division on PAN India sales around 150 Crs and also Launching new products and implementing strategies.
3. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and developing the sales team on PAN India Effective man-management and achieving high PCPM.
4. Candidate should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on Pan India Basis to achieve PAN India budget with effective distribution and administration control.
