Astra is a reputed company and hiring for most of the IT companies in India, for Software Engineers, Project Managers, etc.

We are looking to expand the business and looking for Business development executives with good communication and convincing skills.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Able to talk to new Clients by phone and acquire new business

- Continuous follow up with the Client and Closure of the deal

- Majorly talking to all the HR leaders in IT/BPO/BFSI Companies

- Client Relationship handling

- Freshers are free to apply and can be trained

- Should be able to handle pressure

- Having passion to excel in HR field can apply

- Female candidates only
