Job Description

1. Manage and oversee the production of all manufacturing units.

2. Co-ordinate with plant engineers on daily basis for manufacturing updates and shortfalls.

3. Monitor production and resolve issues.

4. Ensure output meets quality standards.

5. Preparing project-wise delivery schedule.

6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

Work experience

Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a production manager in an Engineering company .Good organizational and leadership skills. 

Understanding of quality standards. need BE/BTECH Mech
