Position: Programme Administrator / Training Coordinator / Learning Coordinator

No of positions 2

Location- For Mumbai, candidates can be looked at from Pune too if they are ready to relocate.

Qualification- Any Graduates

Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience working as an LMS Administrator/coordinator (preferred)
  • Voice resource

Primary Responsibilities:

Learning and Development Admin

  • Delegate management service to include:
  • Liaison and support with venue and locations with Company Travel and Events.
  • Booking of hotels and accommodation for facilitators through Company Travel and Events
  • Confirmation of delegate allocation to each event
  • Communication and welcome packs
  • Joining instructions and third-party supplier pre-work
  • Scheduling of one to one support and post event coaching sessions
  • Dedicated point of reference for delegate queries and support
  • Chaser and reminders to delegate to ensure all is ready for workshop events session
  • Support on e-learning pre-work via Success Factors where required
  • Supplier Management and liaison
  • Evaluation:
  • The provision of full evaluation for level 1 reporting post event
  • Provision of level 2 evaluation and assessment post-delivery and implementation
  • Generate and distribute management reports for Group Learning in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Also, provide support with ad hoc data requests for business requirement

Key Result Areas 

  • Confirmation of delegate allocation
  • Booking of hotels and accommodation for facilitators
  • Support on e- learning pre-work via Success Factors
  • Day-to-day phone and email support with all aspects related to the e-Learning
