We are looking for a deadline-focused recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of IT/Non-IT positions.
Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Must have passion for recruitment.
Minimum 0 to 2 Years experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Should be Target Oriented & and have decision-making skills.
