We are having job opening for following position:
Job Title: Lead Piping Engineer
Location- Pune, Maharashtra, India
Duration- FULL-TIME
Lead Piping Engineer
1. Capable to handle team of 3 to 7 nos. of designers & responsible to get equipment-piping-support E3D modelling, stress analysis, PMS, MTO, support design,
civil loading, piping layouts, isometrics, foundation requirement 2D drawings were done from them.
2 Hands of experience in piping detail engineering.
3 Excellent knowledge of AvevaE3D / PDMS environment & piping MTO management is a must.
4 Capable to develop plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout.
5Capable to check all piping deliverables like layouts, isometrics, support drawings, civil loading drawings, foundation requirement drawings, etc. before submitting to the client & responsible for same.
6. Capable to develop AvevaE3D Automation & Macros.
7. Well aware of piping materials & thermal stress analysis requirements.
8. Required good knowledge of piping support type, support standard & primary-secondary support selection, special pipe support, etc.
9. Review the work request and obtain clarity related to scope, schedule, quality requirements, etc.
10. Forecast work quantum, estimate man-hours & plan resources accordingly.
11. Capable of piping components purchase activities (Datasheets, MR, Technical Evaluation).
