Non Technology Junior Operations :

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Our growing organisation in the Health Domain is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team in our various functions of operations. We need enthusiastic individuals who can execute the following:

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolving all the queries of the App users via all the channels of communication - Emails, Chats & Voice Calls
  • Schedule offline appointments with insurance applicants and medical professionals.
  • Schedule offline appointments with Doctors/Hospitals/Clinics/Labs
  • Coordinating and Confirming Lab Appointment Bookings
  • Calling and connecting our App users with our online medical professionals.
  • Empanel and onboard individual doctors, clinics, diagnostic lab centers on the App
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirement :

  • Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication spoken and written skills
  • 1 t o 2 years of experience in customer care service
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of App users
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong email writing skills and phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
