Job Description
There is an opening for Engineering Department for Rusan Pharma ltd at our Gujarat - Kutch (Kandla) Location.
Position : Depend on current job Profile

Job Location : Gujarat - Kutch (Kandla)Location.
1. Ensure all equipments of Liquid Injectable ,Tablet & Capsule department ,Beta, QC ,QA, warehouse, cream , ETP & all utility plant with documentation as per schedule and make utility services available to plant
2. Ensure Effective and economical utilization of utility, maintaining environmental conditions in production area. Complying with cGMP requirements by HVAC, water system. All documentation with respective for audits
3. Ensure proper documentation of URS,DQ,IQ,OQ, PQ, Change control, deviation and complying with cGMP requirements as per documented guidelines.
4. Responsible for entire electrical system of facility with HT and LT distribution system. Monitor daily electricity and water consumption and preventive /breakdown of system.
5. Ensure statutory compliance with electricity board regarding complete electrical power enhancement as per new project connected loads.
6. Schedule Completion to assist production in selection of new equipments and carry out the inspection.
7. Ensure proper inventory controls of spares and change parts for optimum availability of plant and machinery for production through engineering store by SAP system/
8. Ensure instrumentation of entire facility, Liquid Injectable ,Tablet & Capsule department ,Beta, QC ,QA, warehouse, cream , ETP & all utility plant with respective calibration documentation.
9. Support To QA HVAC , Steam and air validation.
10. Ensure and implement cost reduction and energy saving methods and procedure for engineering services.
11. Statuary Compliance as per government authority.
12. Review the departmental monthly report.
13. Co-ordinate with outside agencies to perform the AMC, and project related activities.
14. Ensure operational efficiency of plant ,machinery and utilities to level of 95 %.
15. Ensure to achieve Zero accident level and man hour loss in engineering services with implementation of said procedure and proper on job training of people.
16. Building maintenance and management update from inspection point of view and routine purpose.
17. Review plant layout design ,renovation and modification work.
18. Review training and development of department employees and imparting training
