Work from tie up partners of HDFC Life.
Responsible to manage relations with Banca partners, especially with a bank employee.
To close the leads provided by the Relationship Manager of Bank Partner.
Conduct skilling sessions for bank staff on a regular basis.
Lead will be provided .

Recruit the team of advisors.
Train and motivate them.
Guiding the Team to sell the products on the market.
Driving sales through advisors, for the company.
Team Management and team handling.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in BFSI Profile.
Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
Age between 24 to 38 Years.
Bike Compulsory
Train and motivate them.
Guiding the Team to sell the products on the market.
