Job Description

Responsibilities: -

Data Calling/ Cold Calling.

Interacting with potential customer in a presentable way.

Addressing clients uncertainties, apprehensions and giving suggestions on time.

Lead generation.

Noting important details of each conversation

Helping sales team with potential leads.

Encourage the customer to Site/Property visit,

Follow up leads.

Giving feedback to Team Leader for improving numbers and quality of lead generation.

Maintaining of database & Follow-ups with prospective customers.

Key Skills Needed:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Should be a problem solver.

Should have Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional Skills

Experience in real estate will be preferred.
