KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Call Monitoring and Call Calibration Gauging the prospects intent while auditing the call and giving respective feedbacks to the calling representatives Adhering to all the specifications given by clients on various campaigns Ensuring maximum accuracy on the leads audited on the basis of specifications given by the client To provide support to Operation team to meet client targets by providing accurate & timely analysis Tracking closure of corrective actions Guide team members in improvement of individual performance Preparing daily & monthly agent activity & Performance reports.Performs mock calls with new hires post-training to determine readiness for moving onto the floor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Excellent English communication skills 5+ years of experience preferably in B2B domain KEY ATTRIBUTES: Effective communication skills Persuasive skills Desired productivity percentage - 75% Analytical abilities People-management Flexible to work in rotational shifts from 10 12 hours Problem solving
