Job Description:


Please refer below the Key Responsibilities:


HR Automation System Development and Issues :

  • Understanding and analysing the requirement from Functional POC and automation perspective- Evaluating current software system and analysing how well it will meet the HR requirement.
  • Updating the entire requirement in SRS/CR form and creating supporting documents(if required) basis the requirement received from Functional POC.
  • Sharing the SRS/CR form with automation team(IPAG) and having one-on-one meetings to discuss and freeze the requirement.
  • Seeking and analysing the feedback of the new system requirement from automation/HR stakeholders and asses the impact of the solution in regards to the same.
  • Once the SRS/CR is signed off, arriving at the timeline closure for the new system development change being shared by the automation team.
  • Post implementation of the proposed change, ensuring the UAT is done by respective functional POC and observation if any are shared on timely basis.
  • UAT observations are thereby closed by automation team, post which the system is made live.

HR Metrics Dashboard

  • Preparation of monthly HR Dashboard with below data presentation :
  • New Joiners analysis
  • Headcount analysis
  • Attrition analysis

Headcount and Attrition Data

  • Headcount, Joiners & Exits Bifurcation employment type wise
  • Headcount information w.r.t to Employment Unit, Status & Location
  • Attrition Details- LTM Attrition, Voluntary Monthly Annualized Attrition
  • GLobal and India numbers :
  • HC numbers
  • Gender Diversity
  • Average age
  • Average Experience

Trainee Regularization-

  • Facilitating & ensuring timely closure on due training regularization cases across India location 10 days before the training end date :
  • Weekly track of on due training expiration cases from Headcount Report
  • Follow up with HR Talent Partner on the closure via publishing status report
  • Initiating Exit or regularization process basis the stakeholder input received via mail or feedback submitted in system
  • Inform concerned stakeholders on the regularization status

Confirmation Due cases:

Facilitating & ensuring timely closure on due confirmation across India location :

  • Daily track on due confirmation cases from Confirmation Report
  • Follow up with HR Talent partner on the closure
  • Highlight it further with Sunil in case challenges are foreseen in the closure
  • Assisting HR Talent partner in case of system issue or on functional queries

Performance Based Variable Pay : Attrition

  • Share resignation file (after making checks on inclusions and exclusions basis the policy) with concerned POC for further validation w.r.t. headcount & resignations against respective managers
  • Validation w.r.t same is closed on monthly basis. Any exceptions are further on added(resignation reversal cases).
  • On quarterly basis data is consolidated & shared with Finance Team for payroll processing.
