We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join our team. The Senior Software Engineer will join our development team to design and implement management application software for a security product. He/She will work closely on systems, software, and security.

Main RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on well-defined projects with minimal supervision. Work effectively with peers and senior members of the development team.
• Write functional design specs and unit test plans. Analyze and code complex modules, define data structures, and specify test tools.
• Focus on design and architecture that is cloud-ready, scalable and doesn t have any performance bottleneck with large load.
• Use test-driven methodologies and automation in the design and development phase to ensure quality before hand-off to Quality Assurance.
• Work closely with other developers and product management to evaluate new feature requests.
• Keep up-to-date and flexible with technologies in the fields of client-server development, security, technology frameworks, and infrastructure
• Contribute to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Accountable for delivery of subsystem, anticipate issues and addresses proactively
• Maintain a learning curve, so that you can advance in your career. Identify areas of improvement within the product and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate good judgment in making design choices. Ability to work on a diverse set of problems and provides input that influences technical decisions.

• You will participate in short term planning of engineering projects and programs.
• You will be responsible for participating in analysis and determination of overall software design trade-offs on a project.
• You will be required to ensure the companys products remain marketable and competitive.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor s or, Master s degree in computer science or, related discipline

EXPERIENCE

• 8 years experience with a Bachelor s degree
• 5 years experience with a Master s degree

SKILLS

• Security software and domain
• Cloud technologies and paradigm
• SAFe agile software development experience
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Solid programming skills in C and C++
• Experience of Linux kernel, drivers and debugging
• Strong understanding about different Linux file system and network file system
• Experience of machine learning and artificial intelligence will be advantage
• Experience of working on project with processing, analysis and protection of huge data, experience on Hadoop, Cassandra, HBase, and MapReduce
• Experience of server-client architecture using secure communication
• Experience of driving end-to-end project component development
