IN-Staff Software Engineer I @ Blue Yonder

As a UI Developer/ Architect, you need to participate in estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications and interfaces developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and backend developers to interpret/translate written business requirements, wireframes, and creative designs into technical design/ code.

Scope:

• Core responsibilities to include building new ui/ Micro Front end on portal SaaS environment
• The dev team currently comprises of 10+ global associates across US and India (COE)

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Spring boot Microservices, building Portal component (reusable react components), ReactJS and JavaScript/Typescript, MySQL, Azure Blob, Jest, React Testing Library, Redux, Material UI
• Application Architecture: Service deployed on Azure
• Frameworks/Others: GitHub, CI/CD, Java, J2EE
• Experience on SaaS is MUST

What you ll do:

• development of UI using ReactJS, integrated with Microservice s and deployed on Microsoft Azure platform as a Micro Frontend. The architecture includes technology components such as ReactJS and JavaScript/Typescript, MySQL, Azure Blob, Portal and supply chain planning software
• Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient.
• Support our existing customer base with the newer enhancements/ defects fixing
• Troubleshoot and assist in the build of interfaces for our modern React based pages
• Create technical documentation
• Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey.
• Confidently represents product and portfolio

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 8+ years of experience in Software development; ideally a candidate that has started as a Software Engineer and progressed to Lead Software Engineer
• Strong programming experience and background in UI and related technology
• Experience in building products with Full stack technologies, with excellent understanding of OOPs and OOA/D
• Hands-on development skills along with design experience; should not have moved away from software development
• Experience with API management platforms providing / consuming RESTful APIs
• Good Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, role-based access control, authentication authorization, and data encryption.
