Any medical graduate with minimum 3 years experience in handling a team, preferable a male candidate. Additional qualifications will add value.
Good communication and leadership skills

Monitor and motivate the team
Good knowledge in Microsoft-Excel and sending Emails
Flexibility to work on different shift timings
Ability to analyse data, especially hospital bills.
