SOURCING MANAGER (OFFSHORE)
Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to work within a rapidly growing technology company.
- As a Sourcing Manager within our technical sourcing teams, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute the sourcing strategies within our technical pillars.
- You will lead a team of sourcing professionals who execute against global hiring targets and work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive world-class recruiting practices with a constant eye on scaling for the future.
- Liaise with recruiting leaders to comprehend workforce plans and hiring plans to develop short and long-term sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals
- Partner with the Recruitment Directors (US, UK, Canada, and Mexico) to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities
- Reports directly into the global recruitment director for US, Mexico, Canada and United Kingdom
- KPI and data-driven management of the teams
- You will lead a team of sourcers and, eventually, Sourcing Leads to achieve aggressive software engineering hiring goals across North America.
- Drive sourcing capability & capacity across our North America technical recruiting team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels
- You will be responsible for hitting targets as well as head hunting for profiles in locations such as London, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and all over the United States.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree or 5-7+ years of equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years direct leadership & management of a team of Sourcers
- 3+ years executing effective sourcing strategies in the IT field
- Demonstrating strong organizational and presentation skills
- Experience demonstrating practical time management skills for handling multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience with the performance review process
