Detailed Job Description:
Overview: We're looking for a well-rounded and motivated Full-stack Software Developer who will be a part of the team developing the Enterprise application. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on software development experience with Java and UI Technologies to contribute to Agile development practices and must have been involved in all phases of the software development life cycle.
Skills Required:
Java Full-Stack Lead Developer:
- Must have Team Leading and Team Management experience.
- Must have Full-Stack experience in developing web applications using Java, Spring/ Spring Boot.
- Must have strong Experience of working with Spring Boot, Spring Security APIs, and REST.
- Must have experience with relational databases (like Oracle/MySQL) with strong SQL skills, any NoSQL experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in using development tools, testing frameworks, servlet containers, and techniques (Maven, JIRA, GIT/SVN, Bamboo/Jenkins, Selenium, JMeter, Tomcat, XP/TDD).
- Ability to solve cross-browser issues and understands web accessibility standards
- Experience implementing Microservice architectures and Micro-services.
- Previous production experience of cloud deployments including practical experience with one of the cloud providers; Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving, Written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Product development and the deployment of Products across multiple institutions.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidates should have strong Team Management and hands-on software development experience with Java and UI skills, contribute to agile development practices, and must have been involved in all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Builds web applications translates requirements and designs into working software, follows coding standards, conducts code reviews, builds appropriate unit tests & integration tests, and follows security and performance best practices.
- Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learns the capabilities of the application
- Ability to work independently or within a team, proactively, in a fast-paced Agile-SCRUM environment.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Development and review of changes with a focus on design, efficiency, and quality
- Working with DevOps specialists to facilitate continuous deployment as Product releases are created and Customers own DevOps pipelines deploy those releases.
- Assisting the QA specialists and development team with performance and resilience testing and issue resolution.
