Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new customers for increasing the customer base of the portfolio
Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs and offer suitable products
Resolution of queries of all mapped clients
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
Recruit a team of Advisors to get business
Handling Team of Advisors, giving products training and demo of pitching to customers
Monitoring partner's performance and supporting them at every stage Maintaining and submitting customer and sales Reports to the manager Weekly.

Candidate Profile:

Any Graduation with good communication skills and open market knowledge

Need min.2 years experience in any sales and marketing

Local candidate with a good local network
