JOB PURPOSE

• Reporting to the IST Engineering Lead architect, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining the System Engineering domain (DOORS Solution), and you will act as a member of the PLM control tower to ensure overall consistency.

YOUR JOB

• Ensure alignment with M tiers global business processes for System Engineering solutions (Requirements Management : mainly based on DOORS solution)
• Collect and manage demands from central Business
• Prepare recommendations for decisions-making at Change Control Board
• Maintain solution referential design documentation
• Promote Alstom Core Model, by leading evolution and Ensuring its consistency
• Contribute to IST roadmaps to continuously rationalize the solutions landscape, in collaboration with businesses and IST teams
• Conduct pre-studies, deliver high level designs and support execution of IST projects.
• Support operations teams with regards to critical incidents
• Analyze technology industry and business trends and determine their potential applicability at Alstom.
• Support roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes

• Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology,
• You have a strong knowledge and more than 7 years of experience in DOORS / DOORS NG / OSLC solutions on various roles (business / functional architecture / core model definition, solution deployment)
• You have a strong knowledge on Engineering business processes, from industrial companies designing and manufacturing complex products
• You have worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles
• You demonstrate good communication, efficiency and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• You have a very strong leadership and are business value oriented.
• Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom.
