Position summary
The team is looking for a Sr Data Transformation Analyst I (Associate 5) who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the team member will work closely with Automation team to ensure continuous improvement of various Automation processes in place and work to ensure maintenance of data within Content. He/she must have a zeal to work on new technologies and tools that built for the team
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data on buy side companies
• Perform POCs and gather necessary approvals for the POC (as per process requirements)
• Prepare workflow specific documentations (SOPs) and review for accuracy
• Problem identification, brainstorming and cross-team collaboration to drive solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
• Perform quality audit of Analysts work and ensure SLA adherence peer review the deliverables of Analysts and other Senior Analysts on the team
• Effectively communicate data quality insights and drive projects to improve data quality
• Addressing escalations, inquiries, and exception requests
• Proactive identification of data projects that supports various business functions
• Improve operational excellence through proactive identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. This includes identifying ways in which tools/technologies can be identified and deployed to improve workflows.
• Develop interactive data visualizations that enable business insights
• Works autonomously to proactively uncover trends and anomalies, develops actionable insights from analysis of real-time business dashboards that will drive business decisions and actions
• Build cross-functional relationships and be able to establish resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems on behalf of the business.
• Proactively identify areas for deeper analysis and study
• Serve as mentor and train team members and collaboration partners on technical skills and business knowledge.

Good to have Technical Skills:

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Power BI and Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) related products.
• Good to have basic knowledge on Python, Power Automate RPA & SQL

What should you possess:

• Bachelor's Degree/MBA specialized in Finance or relevant work experience
• The individual should possess excellent communications skills as this role demands to work multiple team projects
• High level of initiative with strong propensity to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• 5-7 years experience in capital market research.
• Proficient in MS Excel & Macros
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of Agile/Kanban
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in thought and action
• Assume accountability for individual projects and team's overall success
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exhaust all resources before contacting the team lead.
