Roles and Responsibilities
1. Candidate will be working as Head Sales and Marketing handling Pharma Generics & government Institution Business for reputed Pharmaceutical Company in India.
2. You will be responsible for P&L, Top line & Bottom Line & complete business operations of
Generics & Institution.
3. You will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening existing brands & also Business development in new markets/ untapped area in PAN India.
4. You will be responsible for Selection, Training & Development, & Retention of Sales &
Marketing teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Science & Pharmacy Graduate, 15 to 20years experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing
handling Generics & Institution Business out of which last 2 to 3 years as NSM, or Divisional Head.
2. You should have experience in handling Pharma Generics Business including launching new products & developing strong, Stockists network.
3. You should have good end to end knowledge of Government Institution/Tender Business
including online & offline covering PAN India operation.
4.You should be good in handling complete Tender documentation & Tender process till final decision.
5. You should good in end to end knowledge of Institutional Tender Business Central
Government, State Government, Municipal Corporation & PSUS.
