Job Responsibilities:
HR Recruitment - Handling Talent Acquisition & Management, HR.
Vendor/Consultant Management, Employee Engagement, L & D, Grievance Handling, Ensuring
smooth HR process & policies is being carried out in the region. Maintaining MIS with respect to
Recruitment & Operations & Handling smooth Exit process.
Responsible for closing Junior, Mid-level manager positions & Support function positions across the
region and ensuring smooth on-board along with Spring Board program of the company Induction.
Sourcing, Screening through recruitment drives, job boards, portals, networking, & employee
referrals. Short listing, Interview coordination, compensation negotiations for final offer & joining.
Coordinate with line function for interviews & selection process.
A key component of this role is to assist the Head of HR, providing input into looking at new
innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place in a cost-effective
manner.
Build strong relationships with permanent staff and Associates with a view to generating referrals,
actively promoting the Referral Reward Incentive Scheme.
Mentoring a team of recruitment for the region.
Ensuring in-depth process timelines are maintained within the TAT at a regional level as per the
policies of the company. Maintaining MIS for the employees grievances, medi-claim process,
Open/Close positions monthly, Transfers across the regional level, Confirmations of the employees
completing the probation period & promotions, Source of the recruitments carried out in a month,
trackers with respect to exits of the employees.
Ensuring a strong association maintained with all the stakeholders of the company & facilitates and
assists the line managers on employee counseling & retention. Ensuring timely delivery of the
awardsand conducting events to present the same to winners
Develop a connect with all the stakeholders month on month and ensuring the TAT is maintained
online & manual process.
Ensuring employees receive the salaries on time & resolve basic salary issues.
Maintaining guideline as per the management for each and every task assigned.
Handling queries of the ex-employees of the company.
Ensuring the compliance is maintained across the region for the company.
Giving 100% support to all the stake holders at any given point.
