Job Description
Need 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in IT or NON IT recruitment
Should have handled multiple accounts
Should be able to manage multiple requirements
Willing to join ASAP within 30 days
- Understanding mandates and source relevant candidates from LinkedIn, networking, head hunting and other available sources.
- Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates in consultation with HR SPOCs & other key stakeholders.
- Handholding selected leaders and ensure that they are joining on their respective offers.
- Managing client SPOCs, their expectations and day-to-day deliverables with precision.
- A high potential candidate with proven expertise in sourcing & placing leadership talent in large outsourcing & IT services companies.
- Fast tracker with last 3 years of hands on experience in handling end to end executive hiring in a recruitment-consulting set-up, preferably with well-known brands.
- Excellent record of accomplishment in account / client management; skills to carry out mature & intelligent communication with senior stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken / written English communication skills
- Exp. - 1-4 years
- Must have MBA with HR specialization
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on various human resources issues
- Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals and Referrals.
- Candidates who have worked in a Consultancy would be preferred.
