We are currently hiring for JD:
Job Location: Chennai
Experience Range: 8 Years

5+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com (Certified Salesforce.com Developer is a plus)
Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
Detailed experience writing Visual force and Apex classes and triggers
Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, AngularJS, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services
Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
Strong Knowledge in Configuration(profiles, permission sets, workflows, approval process)
Strong understanding of relational databases and competency with MS SQL Server, MYSQL, or Oracle
Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com project
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structure code management
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field is a plus
Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience is a plus
Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501) or equivalent experience is a plus
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience is a plus
Advanced SQL and Excel skills
Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
Experience with Force Cloud and Heroku
Solid knowledge of SOQL
Ability to design software solutions that can be followed by less experienced developers
Demonstrates and sets an example for coding standards and programming style
Works with Lead Developers and Development Manager
Follows direction on requirements given by Business Analyst. Provides recommendations on complexity of requirements and alternatives
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Agile development practices a plus
