Job Description

Responsibilities The company is looking for an exceptional UX Design Associate Director to join its team. In this role, you will lead a large team of designers and will have a hands-on approach towards strategist, conceptualizing, leading and delivering design projects across our Platform and Product Own and lead the overall Platform Design Team which encompasses our Learner Experiences, our Learning Management system, our internal Platform Tools as well as our Enterprise Learner Management systems. Understand and align with Company's Product and Business objectives to think strategically and influence company mid-term and long-term Design vision Engage with Product Leadership, Business Leadership and Design Leadership to plan and execute Product Implementations and Enhancements. Ensure world-class Design Quality and User Experience across all of Company's Platform - User touch points Take a Data Driven approach to Design Management, Design Planning, Design Execution and Design Performance Validation. Define, plan, execute and guide the Platform Design team to conduct detailed User Research and User + Usage Data Analysis. Guide, motivate and manage Sr Managers and UX Leads so that they can in turn be able to guide Design team members towards exceptional and on-time design delivery Ability to oversee all Platform Design deliverable to ensure parallel execution and on-time delivery.
