Urgently Required Manager Finance & Accounting at Andheri E
Our clients in to Since 1972 Designing, manufacturing & installing mass transfer equipment- For chemical industry - ISO 9001:2015 certified. (MNC company)
Position :- Manager Finance & Accounting
Job Location - Andheri E
Qualified chartered accountant with a minimum experience of 5 years or more having relevant Industry experience.
Salary range is INR 14L pa to 16L pa) CTC
Good communication skills and fluency with English and Other local languages.
Permanent residency of candidate should not be beyond Thane in Central line; Borivali in Western Line and Wadala in Harbour line.
Experience and Skills required:
1. Qualified chartered accountant with a minimum experience of 5 years or more having relevant Industry experience.
2. Good technical knowledge on Indian GAAP, Transfer Pricing, Internal Controls (IFC), GST, Tax Audits is must.
3. Should posses reasonable experience of handling external/internal auditors, tax assessments.
4. IFRS/Ind AS knowledge is added plus.
5. Candidates with relevant Industry experience especially with MNC will be preferred
Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing as per Group Deadlines for HCT business Unit
2. Responsible for managing Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Price Audit and other local Compliances required in India for HCT business Unit
3. Responsible for ensuring timely payment of all tax dues like TDS, GST on time for HCT business Unit
4. Responsible for maintaining adequate internal controls within BU.
5. Extend support to various business functions such as Sales, operations, Secretarial etc.to ensure smooth functioning of business.
6. Responsible for maintaining cash flow for HCT Business Unit
7. Support Finance Controller with all other relevant requirements of Business.
1. Must posses good communication and drafting skills
2. Must posses good analytical skills, should able to manage strigent and multiple deadlines
