Qualifications BE / BTech / MCA / MSc Computers4-8 of experienceExp in JSP , Servlets , Hibernate , XML , XSL , Jasper reports , UML , Oracle and SQL ServerShould be flexible to work as team player as well as independentlyGood communication skillsKnowledge in the application of technology in addressing business issues Responsibilities To deliver work to agreed estimates and timescalesSoftware component designs and specificationsTest software components of any size and complexityResponsible to unit , link and integration Test Plans , Test Results , Create test data and testing environments for unit , link and integration testingAssist with integration Testing , System Testing , Acceptance Testing , Implementation and System DocumentationUndertake on project estimates and development of IT solutionsReport own and team's progress and issues to the Project Manager in a timely mannerEnsure quality process in given time scalesIdentify and communicate potential risk areas to the concern OfficialsConduct meetings on regular intervals to audit Test Plans , Quality , Tasks Status and Results of team members
