Job Description

• 1-4 years of solid experience in Manual Testing with strong knowledge in QA concepts.
• Proven hands-on in Software Testing experience.
• Should have 1+ Yrs. experience in Manual Testing 
• Should have experience in creating Test Plans, Test scripts, Test cases.
• Experience with different testing types like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database, etc.
• Expert in identifying & writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases
• Sound knowledge of Defect Management Cycle and logging defects.
• Experience in working with Test Management tools like, JIRA.etc
• Experience in API Testing
  
• Good documentation & communication skills.
• Flexible resource to work in multiple projects.
• Flexible resource in terms of work hours. 
• Good in analytical and communication skills.

Required Candidate profile

• 1. Should have good English written and spoken communication skills
• 2. Maintain excellent product knowledge, and user practice of current products
• 3. Collaborating across teams in-house and offshore
• 4. Provide critical feedback to development teams ( in-house and offshore )

5. Production of test scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria and edge cases for systems testing and UAT
6. Provide clear and concise supporting documentation: documents, videos and demonstrations.
7. Knowledge sharing, Team Support, Mentoring, Setting a high standard of work and conduct for others to
follow
