Brief JD:
Streamline processes across all programs and define quality gates across SDLC
12 - 16 years proven experience as a Solution Manager / Test Manager on medium to large-scale testing accounts
Deep understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword - driven , Data - driven , BDD , hybrid) and technology stacks (Java , JavaScript etc.)
Should be thorough in process definition / improvement / gap analysis
Experience in building automated testing practices as well as Performance & Load testing practices the key goal is to cut down the test execution time for each iteration.
Improve test quality and effectiveness by working with Development and Program Management to prevent problems and to make the product more testable.
Cooperates with other managers in the organization to maximize the success of the Independent Test Practice.
Expertise with testing tools and methods in order to perform user acceptance testing
Extensive experience with the definition and implementation of automated testing framework and process ( Selenium ) .
Strong ability to lead process enhancement activities for development, training, metrics and assurance
Ability to produce quality metrics / reports to determine quality levels within a project to senior stakeholders

Technical Skills :
Strong Selenium with Java background with Hands on Automation testing Backgound (Atleast should have worked on Selenium for last 4 + yrs),
Should have lead a team of 4 5 QA engineers.

IMP Note : We are looking for Hands on person who is more of a Technical and less of People manager.
