Indusind Bank is hiring young and dynamic candidates for the post of Sales Manger-Credit Cards-Bangalore Location

Job Responsibilities:

Manage, recruit, train a team of minimum 15 tele-callers.

- Deliver productivity from databases shared internal as well as external.

- Manage the end to end process of generating the lead, getting apps picked and logged in and track till decision.

- Manage the quality checks while logging in applications.

- Manage the leads and share feedback to online lead channels.

- Good Excel and Powerpoint skills

- Self Driven with go getter approach and passion to scale up business without too much follow up and intervention.
