We Hiring Business Development/Assitn Manager- FFI
Job location-Delhi /Chennai/Pune.
Experience required for the Job: 3 - 5 years
BD/AM role.
Experience into IT staffing
Handed/Sales expertise on projects like RPO's, MSP's, HTD's, rebadging, bulk payroll transfers etc.
Aggressive and proactive to daily transactions
Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
Multi-tasker and good knowledge of tools or platforms like MS office, LinkedIn etc.
Must have knowledge on different commercial models like Rate card model, percentage model, hourly model, daily models and Consultant model.
Must have built up a client from few HC to significant HC.
Must have executed few of the models like RPO, VOP, Rebadging(Payroll transfers), routing and any other model they have worked on.
Must know the bottom up management of the client they are working with.
Must be able to independently work
Must be good in managing report and creating report.
Good people manager to manage external as well as internal stake holders like delivery.
