Responsibilities
Daily processing of calls received outbound calls and inbound calls within assigned turnaround time
Awareness of the client's business, operational activities, and processes
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Develops and maintains documentation
Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems
Accountable for the completion of various activities
Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control
Skills
Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Hindi for organizational interaction
Good listening and presentation skills
Flexibility to work in rotational offs
Qualifications
Education: Any graduate from Govt. recognized universities, freshers acceptable
Experience: 0 - 6 months industry experience
Salary: 14 to 15 K CTC
