Job Description

Role: Technical Writing / Specialist

Location: Bangalore or Pune or Noida or Gurgaon

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Notice Period: 30 days Max

Note: No WFH need to be in Fiserv office location.

Looking mainly relevant experience Technical Writer, API Documentation, Madcap Flare, MS Visio, HTML

Job Requirement:

You should have excellent written and communication skills. You should also be self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work with subject matter experts to define content. You should also be able to effectively multi-task, and have a strong analysis and analytical skill set including:

• Knowledge of Madcap Flare
• Knowledge of MS Visio
• Knowledge of Swagger and Github
• Knowledge of HTML Code
• Knowledge of API documentation
• Knowledge of basic understanding of Banking is beneficial
• Strong Writing and Proofreading skills
